We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Expert to join our team at StudentUniverse. As a Travel Expert, you will be responsible for managing group travel requirements for corporate clients, ensuring seamless and exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Source and book travel arrangements, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation, to meet client requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting and executing business travel arrangements for corporate accounts.
  • Follow company procedures and account guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in group travel or corporate travel management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and event management technology such as Events Air/Cvent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
