Job Overview

The Program Manager role entails overseeing the implementation and delivery of engaging, age-specific programs for children in our care.

You will report directly to the Service Director, Nominated Supervisors, and work collaboratively with educators, families, and the community to deliver excellence in early childhood education while upholding child protection principles.

About the Position
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Mentor and support educators, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Actively promote safeguarding, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children within your care. Identify and report any concerns in accordance with child protection laws and policies.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular communication about their child's progress and promoting involvement in their program.
  • Ensure programs meet regulatory requirements, deliver innovation, and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs catering to the diverse needs of children at each stage of growth.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity for the children in our care.
  • Engage with families to provide regular updates on their child's progress and promote involvement in their program.
  • Stay updated with best practices and participate in ongoing professional learning opportunities.
