You will build relationships with your clients, understand their individual needs, goals, and preferences, and deliver tailored support with daily tasks, activities, personal care, and mobility support.
Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in a relevant field, a current and unrestricted driver's license, and own a registered and insured car. You will also have demonstrated experience in a personal carer role without direct supervision and possess sound best practice personal care skills.
We offer a motor vehicle allowance for travel between clients, a full working tool kit, including a mobile phone, and up to 25 hours of paid training when you join the team.
