About the Role

Regis Aged Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Food Services Assistant to join our team. As a Food Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and high-quality catering support services within our Home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up each serving and dining area ready for each meal period in line with Regis standards.
  • Setting up trolleys for tea breaks and supper.
  • Washing dishes and cleaning according to the Food Safety Program.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of areas where food is prepared and served.
  • Assist with meal preparation when required.
  • Monitor and record requirements of the Food Safety Plan, such as temperatures, cleaning schedules, receipt of goods, etc.
