We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Director to join our team at Groupm Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in managing client, agency, and publisher stakeholder relationships at a senior level. You will be responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with clients at a senior level, leading internal and client WIPs, and managing client expectations and delivery across relevant projects.

As a Client Director, you will work closely with the Managing Partner to set the team vision for the client across all areas of the business. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team is aligned with the client's business outcomes linked to KPIs rather than media opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a major client and deeply immerse yourself in their business, categories, and portfolio of brands. You will be part of a dynamic high-performing team and will be expected to deliver outstanding results consistently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients at a senior level.
  • Lead internal and client WIPs, and manage client expectations and delivery across relevant projects.
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner to set the team vision for the client across all areas of the business.
  • Ensure that the team is aligned with the client's business outcomes linked to KPIs rather than media opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding results consistently.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who has a minimum of 7 years experience in managing client, agency, and publisher stakeholder relationships at a senior level. You will have a critical eye for detail and a solid understanding of the Australian landscape.

You will be an inspiring communicator with clear written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to deliver excellent results consistently and have a passion for building brand growth through media.
