Residential Credit Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Customer Operations Department in Sydney.
This is a permanent role that requires assessing loans on a first-time basis, providing exceptional customer service and working with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Specialise in credit/risk analysis, customer segmentation, conveyancing and banking processes.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in loan assessments.
- Previously held a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) or have equivalent experience in Residential Loan Approval settings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Australian lending practices, including policy, valuations, mortgage insurance and regulatory requirements.
- Recent localised experience in the finance industry in residential mortgages assessment.
