About the Role:

  • Create a secure and encouraging atmosphere for children to grow and develop
  • Develop and implement activities that promote learning and creativity
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members
  • Evaluate and maintain the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive impact
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A Certificate III level qualification in childcare or equivalent, completed or currently being pursued
