We are a leading manufacturer of products found in supermarkets worldwide, serving top food producers who value innovation and leadership.

Located in Melbourne's Bayside suburbs, our cutting-edge plant operates under world-class practices. We seek motivated engineering graduates with a passion for the industry to join our expanding internship program.

This unique opportunity provides hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations:

  • Learning to troubleshoot thermoforming, injection molding lines, and vision systems.
  • Understanding die and tool change processes, as well as machinery operation fundamentals.
  • Exposure to standard operating procedures, visual and video SOPs, LEAN manufacturing principles, and Kaizen continuous improvement methods.

Must-haves include:

  • A keen interest in plastic forming and a strong desire to build a career in this fast-paced industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent computer skills and effective communication abilities (written and verbal).
  • Reliability, proactivity, hard work, punctuality, and discipline.

This is an internship program offering competitive compensation and benefits:

  • $250/week commuting expenses covered.
  • Travel reimbursement.

Internship details:

  • Contract length: 3 months.
