About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for setting the direction and providing leadership for the development and delivery of world-leading health infrastructure across Victoria. This strategic leader will guide the development of innovative, commercially sustainable strategies and business plans, ensuring timely delivery of a significant infrastructure pipeline that aligns with the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority's (VIDA) ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the development and delivery of health infrastructure projects
  • Lead the development of commercially sustainable business plans and strategies
  • Provide leadership and direction to the organization to achieve its goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government, health services, industry, and the Victorian community
  • Develop and implement effective communication campaigns to boost advocacy and brand visibility

About You

A highly accomplished CEO or executive leader, you have a strong executive presence and a highly commercial and pragmatic perspective. A strategic thinker, you have a demonstrated ability to manage commercial and financial risk across multiple projects. You bring new ideas alongside your enthusiasm to challenge the status quo and effectively manage and drive change. With an ability to develop a culture of collaboration, you articulate a vision, build strong relationships, and effectively engage your staff and stakeholders.
