About This Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with partners and team members to ensure client work is completed on time.
  • Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
  • Preparing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for various companies and trusts.
  • Delivering annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations.
  • Liaising with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients.
  • Participating in training seminars, team meetings, and social events.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a chartered accounting practice.
  • A Chartered Accountant qualification or currently in progress.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience using accounting software such as MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
