Endorsed Midwife Role

Experienced and passionate Endorsed Midwives are sought to provide evidence-based patient care as autonomous practitioners.

The successful candidate will work in a Midwifery Birth Centre, providing continuity of care from pregnancy through to birth by the same midwife for each woman.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority (AHPRA) registration as a Registered Midwife with 'Endorsement' required for midwifery practice across pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal care.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care, with a focus on safety, respect, and dignity.
