Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst. This senior consultant will work closely with clients to analyze data, gather requirements, and design solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions through research and analysis
  • Create requirement specifications, analyzing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating elicitation sessions, and digging into data when needed
  • Design and build reports, capturing data requirements for the client and team
  • Perform data analysis using SQL, DAX, and/or other programming languages to form business requirements
  • Manage or supervise team members to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience creating requirements specifications, analyzing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating workshop sessions, and using necessary business analyst tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in a core domain of expertise, such as data migration processes, modern web applications, or other domains (e.g. SAP, Integration platforms etc.)
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with SQL and programming skills such as Python and R
