Oil & Gas Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Technician to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working on shutdowns and preventative maintenance projects in the Oil & Gas industry, with experience working on columns and drums being highly desirable.

The role requires the ability to work shift work, including day, night, and weekends, and Construction Induction (White Card) certification is mandatory. HPW Operator or Assistant ticket, Working at Heights certificate within 2 years, Confined Space Entry certificate within 2 years, Breathing Apparatus certificate, Current Drivers License, and Full Australian work rights are also essential requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manual High Pressure Water Blasting
  • Tank Head cleaning
  • High Pressure Water Cold Cutting
  • Wash pad Water Blasting
  • In Situ cleaning, including inside confined spaces

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience working on shutdowns and preventative maintenance projects in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Experience working on columns and drums highly desirable
  • Able to work shift work, including day, night, and weekends
