Are you ready to launch a rewarding career in the public sector?
About the programThe DEED Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to build skills, experience and networks needed for a successful and fulfilling career. The program is delivered in partnership with the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (DLGIRS) and provides shared networking, professional development and rotation opportunities.
This 18-month program is designed to equip graduates with the knowledge, skills and expertise required to make a meaningful contribution to statewide projects and initiatives. As a graduate, you will work on diverse projects, applying your skills and knowledge to support the full spectrum of Western Australia's economic activity.

You should understand the impact of your work style on others and actively look for ways to improve how you work with your manager, team members and stakeholders.

You should be open to guidance, eager to participate in learning opportunities and proactive in applying what you learn.
