We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Senior Occupational Therapist.
This key role will involve assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments. You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
- Conducting assessments to determine participants' needs and develop individualised plans
- Mentoring and supervising early career clinicians
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
