We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Fitness Professional to join our team at Health Mates Fitness Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health and fitness programs to our members.

About the Role

  • The successful applicant will have a Certificate IV in Fitness and experience working in a gym environment.\
  • You will be responsible for providing exercise programs, conducting fitness appraisals, and maintaining a clean and tidy facility.\
  • You will work closely with our team to promote and deliver events, programs, and challenges that support our members' health and wellbeing goals.\
  • You will also assist with reception duties, including handling membership enquiries and sales.\
  • Shifts include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility required to meet the needs of our members.\
  • You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional and positive attitude.\
  • You will also be required to maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.\
  • Your enthusiasm for fitness and wellbeing, combined with your ability to motivate and inspire others, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.\
