CG Animation Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CG Animation Supervisor to join our team at DNEG. As a key member of our animation department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our position as a leading player in live action VFX animation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of animators to deliver high-quality animation work
- Collaborate with directors and VFX Supervisors to develop character and creature performances
- Work closely with the Head of Animation and R&D teams to improve our pipeline and deliver high-quality animation
- Manage and supervise animation teams from juniors to leads
- Ensure continuity throughout the show and develop the performance of characters and creatures
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in CG animation, working on high-profile live action and full CG feature films
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to delegate tasks and work directly with clients and directors
- Experience in visual and analytical problem-solving in 3-dimensional space
- Ability to perform accurately and interpret 3D layouts and analyze 3D form
