Program Overview

This two-year program is designed for graduates who are passionate about driving positive change in the agricultural industry.

As a Coles Group Graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the Australian meat supply chain and work with farmers, processors, and retail packers to deliver exceptional livestock products.

From strategic planning to hands-on execution, you will be responsible for delivering results that meet the company's objectives.

The program includes functional rotations, a tailored development program, and a tight-knit support network to ensure your success.

In your second year, you will also complete the Innovation Project, where you will work with a team to solve a genuine business challenge with an innovative solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improvement in the agribusiness stream
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex business challenges
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
