Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead paid projects from conception to completion.

  • This role will involve defining project scope and providing quotes, as well as working with Engineers or Service Delivery Teams to facilitate necessary works.
  • Daily time tracking will be required for billable hours related to all tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in VOIP platforms such as Teams, 3CX, Genesys PureCloud, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and Enghouse Touchpoint.

  • A strong understanding of Session Border Controller platforms such as Audiocodes, Ribbon, and Cisco is also required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A quick learner who is willing to develop their skills further through self-study is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Essential 8 security framework would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles would also be advantageous.
