Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced transfer pricing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the global OECD Transfer Pricing framework, Australian legislation and administrative guidance, and ongoing BEPS developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in designing and implementing effective transfer pricing policies and operating models for medium to large-sized companies.
- Provide commercial advice on new or existing transactions, working closely with clients and other service lines locally and internationally.
- Support strategic planning and global value chain/business transformations.
- Manage projects; work collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders.
- Assist clients with risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation in relation to various intercompany transactions.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and develop financial models.
- Review legal agreements from a transfer pricing perspective.
- A desire to be challenged and work on diverse client projects and industries.
- Transfer pricing experience within professional services or client side.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA certifications.
- Lateral thinking and an analytical mind.
- Experience in developing and implementing planning structures, controversy/dispute resolution, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Comfortable working as part of a team but also able to work independently when required.
