Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to work with young people and their families, providing support and guidance through our case management services. The successful candidate will have the ability to assess client needs, establish goals, and develop targeted interventions to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counselling Support: Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to young people and their families, addressing issues such as family dynamics, mental health, and relationships.
  • Advocacy: Represent the interests of young people and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected.
  • Case Management: Coordinate services and support for young people and their families, connecting them with relevant resources and agencies.
  • Mediation: Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiation between young people and their families, promoting healthy communication and understanding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Human Services or Related Degree: A tertiary qualification in human services delivery and data management systems.
  • Multidisciplinary Advice: Ability to provide expert advice and guidance across multiple areas of human services.
  • Statutory Requirements: Knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures that impact on human services delivery.
