Customer Service Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable individual to support our front-line Customer Service staff in various areas.

About the Role

This is a customer-focused position that requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to quality customer service.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative, show a customer service focus, and possess conflict resolution skills.

Previous experience in a public library environment, youth service, OOSH or local government customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
