The company is looking for a dynamic, hands-on technology counsel capable of supporting commercial contracting as well as privacy and AI Compliance.

  • Negotiate commercial contracts, including master services agreements, master partnership agreements, and vendor agreements.
  • Assist sales teams with new opportunities, RFPs, and deal structuring.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to enable business growth while managing legal and operational risk.
  • Partner with People team to advise on employment-related issues across APAC region.
  • Provide support on employment documentation, policies, and regional employee relations.
  • Support ongoing corporate governance and entity management across APAC subsidiaries.

This role is ideal for commercially minded, business-enabling legal professionals with the ability to work highly independently.
