Job SummaryThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for building profitable sales of the Company's products and services to both new and existing customers.
Main Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed revenue targets in both sales and gross profit as set up by the National Sales Manager;
- Develop robust sales plans and grow sales to existing clients through strong customer relationships;
- Secure new opportunities and develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers;
- Provide advice on CRM recording after each sales call including discussion follow-up arrival departure times;
- Prepare coordinate GTMs with customers to increase customer awareness product training specific product launches;
- Assist customers to train their sales staff with our products and industry knowledge;
- Contact service individual stores of national accounts as requested by the National Sales Manager;
- Process sales orders if designated CS personnel are not available;
- Advance in product and industry knowledge to provide technical support to customers;
- Manage specific product groups to be a field expert on quality issues market intelligence and take responsibility for overall sales growth;
- Attend trade exhibitions when required;
- Be acquainted with and use to full advantage Phocas and other selling software to analyse target sales opportunities;
- Gain knowledge of market trends opposition pricing new product opportunities etc.
- Strong analytical skills; strategic planning ability; excellent communication skills written and verbal;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure; problem-solving skills; teamwork and collaboration skills; adaptability skills; proficient in MS Office;
- Monday to Friday work schedule no weekends or night work.
