Job Description

This is a role that involves building new and managing existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, injuries, illnesses, or disadvantages.

The ideal candidate will be a driven, resilient, and energetic professional who can network with employers, build relationships, and account manage effectively. They will have the ability to assist in managing employer's expectations and building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with, develop and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities;
  • Manage a caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
  • Provide advocacy and information about services - connecting both clients and the wider community;
  • Work in an energetic environment and challenge yourself;

Qualifications

Attributes and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
  • Ability to network and passion to manage and build solid partnerships with employers and clients;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
  • Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
