Senior Incident Resolution Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Incident Resolution Lead to join our Incident Management Team. This is a key position that will oversee and improve the ITIL-based Incident Management lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a single point of call for major incidents, coordinating with technical teams, clients, and senior management.
- Oversee incident resolution strategies to reduce downtime and improve SLAs and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide insightful reporting to senior management, including trend analysis and performance metrics.
- You have experience in Incident Management within an ITIL environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills, including coordinating with technical teams, clients, and senior management.
- You have a collaborative and solution-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
