Business Banking Manager Role

We support a diverse range of businesses, from established companies to those with ambitious growth plans.

A Business Banking Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business banking clients, working closely with our branch network and developing partnerships with the contact centre customer connect team.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and building relationships with small business customers. Our team helps businesses succeed through dedicated relationship management and expert guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will need lending experience in business banking, a strong understanding of retail/commercial banking products and procedures, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
