About the Role:
- The Facility Operations Manager will be responsible for managing maintenance services, including coordinating specialised trades.
- They will ensure tasks are completed within timeframes and mitigate risk to buildings by ensuring facilities are fit-for-purpose.
- The role also involves managing safety, environmental, and quality control of all hard FM activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years' experience in stakeholder management/building and maintaining successful relationships.
