We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in developing, implementing, and evaluating leisure and lifestyle programs for individuals and groups.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time opportunity where you will adopt a holistic approach to enhance the quality of life at our organization.
- Develop and implement leisure and lifestyle programs for individuals and groups.
- Achieve high-quality engagement through activities that promote residents' wellbeing.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support consumer wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating leisure and lifestyle programs for individuals and groups.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve high-quality engagement and outcomes.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for consumers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated creativity, knowledge, and understanding of effective engagement strategies.
- Residential aged care experience required.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
