Job Description:

  • Lead the Way: As a retail manager at Dusk, you'll be the driving force behind our team, fostering a fun and supportive work environment.

  • Sales Mastery: Develop your inner sales ninja skills to help customers find the perfect scent for every occasion.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the Store Manager to brainstorm innovative strategies and ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Assist in day-to-day store activities, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for all.
  • Customer Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage stock levels, restock shelves, and maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Development: Motivate and support the store team, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure a safe and clean store environment, prioritizing employee well-being.
