Responsibilities: 

  • Keep the Flame Alive: Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it's a warm and inviting space for all. 
  • Spark Customer Connections: Engage with customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide personalised recommendations. 
  • Illuminating Inventory: Manage stock levels, restocking shelves, and keeping our fragrances readily available. 
  • Team Glow-up: Motivate and support the store team, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. 
  • Candle Caretaker: Ensure a safe and clean store environment, so everyone can breathe easy. 

About you: 

  • Passionate about candles and scents: You know your lavender from your vanilla, and you can spot a soy candle from a mile away. 
  • Retail experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role would be a glowing advantage. 
  • Leadership Glow: You're a natural-born leader with the ability to inspire and encourage others to shine. 
  • Flexibility: You're comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during special events (we promise, they'll be a blast).
