Skilled Nursing Professional

We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our critical care team.
- Working in a multidisciplinary team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and discharge planners.
- Providing patient-centered care with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in intensive care units (ICUs), high dependency units (HDUs), or coronary care units (CCUs).
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in ongoing education and training activities relevant to clinical practice.
- Current registration as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working in CCU, HDU, or ICU settings.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
