We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to drive strategic initiatives and enhance organisational performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with the highest standards of safety across the organisation
- Support frontline leaders and employees in implementing CHL's Safety Management System
- Facilitate hazard identification, operational risk assessments, and compliance activities
- Contribute to health, safety and wellbeing initiatives and programs
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to promote a strong safety-first culture and support the development and implementation of key safety initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy, policy, and practice are aligned and implemented effectively.
Key Requirements- Diploma or Cert. IV HSW or significant demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Experience in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Comprehensive knowledge of WHS Legislation and Codes of Practice
