Cyber Security Role Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to join our team in Adelaide. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in protecting our agency's ICT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cyber risk assessments of key technology components and systems to ensure they meet the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) requirements.
  • Deliver key system authorisations on behalf of the Agency and Shared Services Partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with risk and information security frameworks, policies, and standards, including the Federal Government PSPF and ISM.
  • Demonstrated working experience in security threat and risk assessment and development of security authorisation artefacts.

You will also need strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to communicate security concepts to non-technical audiences, and an understanding of global Cyber Security trends, attack vectors, and techniques.
