Senior Financial Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Specialist to join our team. This is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity with flexible working arrangements.

  • This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement key regulatory pricing strategies, models, analysis and reporting.">
  • You will lead the ongoing development and finalisation of economic and financial models for a critical regulatory pricing project.">
  • You will present complex financial matters to technical and non-technical audiences.">
  • You will prepare sophisticated, articulate written commentary on regulatory finance.">
  • You will communicate revenue opportunities to internal and external stakeholders through presentations and workshops.">
  • You will deliver detailed and fit-for-purpose outcomes.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • ">
  • A tertiary qualification in business, preferably in economics or finance, with 15+ years of experience in a finance or economic management role.">
  • Proficient in economic modelling and forecasting, with strong research and analytical skills.">
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities with a proactive mindset.">
  • Strong reporting, project management, and planning skills, with solid business acumen.">
  • Exposure to a highly regulated environment is desirable.">
