Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents in a 124 bed Residential Aged Care home located in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering medications
  • Reviewing and updating resident care plans
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations
  • Liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents, and their families
About You

We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering compassionate care and have a strong commitment to excellence. Key requirements include:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current Police Check
  • Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights
