Building Services Professional - Design & Delivery Expert

 

  • Our company is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to lead the design and delivery of innovative building services solutions across various sectors.

 

  • Develop and implement HVAC / Fire Services and building systems, ensuring high-quality outcomes and budget efficiency.
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation, including reports and specifications, to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and budget targets.
  • Support junior engineers in their professional development and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.

 

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess a Professional Engineering license or chartered status, which is desirable.
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant software tools.
  • Have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sustainability principles, and industry best practices.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in building services design in Australia or the UK.
