Job Overview

We are searching for a Product Manager to join our team in Canberra. As part of Spot by NetApp, we are a leading open-source as-a-service company delivering reliability at scale. We manage cutting-edge open-source technologies including Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, and Cadence.

Our platform takes care of the whole lifecycle: provisioning infrastructure, installing applications, and keeping them running reliably in production. Our customers run 24x7, and our business does too, with our operations team spread across the globe to supply fast expert support and operational responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and make decisions on feature requests and other development work
  • Identify hone and communicate the value proposition for Instaclustr's offerings
  • Coordinate delivery of new features and products across internal stakeholder teams
Requirements
  • Excellent capability to facilitate and manage planning in demanding environments
  • Technical understanding and experience with products like Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, OpenSearch, Redis, Cadence, and PostgreSQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of the technology market relevant to Instaclustr's offerings
