As an After Hours Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support. Your role will involve:

  • Managing clinical and non-clinical incidents and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Addressing client or family concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care

Key responsibilities also include managing clinical care in consultation with the care team, ensuring adherence to care plans, and conducting clinical assessments as needed.

About This Role

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body
  • Experience working within the aged care sector, including knowledge of quality standards and accreditation frameworks
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar nursing role, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
