Asset Valuation Expertise

  • ">
  • Deliver asset due diligence and valuation services through analysis of client data, market research, asset inspections, modelling, strategy development, project management, and preparation of deliverables and recommendations.">
  • Develop and review valuation models for tangible assets and due diligence processes.">
  • Lead meetings and facilitate calls with client personnel to discuss asset lifecycle decisions.">
  • Utilize in-house data and analytics tools for services such as Fixed Asset Register health audits, rebuilds, and CAPEX optimization.">
  • Assist senior leadership in initiating client work, preparing proposals, and addressing client inquiries related to asset valuation.">
  • Support a wide range of capital-intensive industries (e.g., infrastructure, energy, mining, manufacturing, transport, telecommunications, health, utilities, entertainment) for various purposes.">
  • Build trusted relationships within your organization and with clients, and mentor junior team members on asset valuation best practices.">

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you will have a background in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent STEM fields with a Business/Commerce degree.

Key skills and experience include:

  • ">
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics, valuations, asset management, or accounting.">
  • Proven expertise in performing plant and equipment valuation.">
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; problem-solver and collaborative mindset.">
  • Membership or eligibility for professional bodies (e.g., American Society of Appraisers, Australian Property Institute, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and Practising Valuer Certification or equivalent preferred.">
  • Knowledge of software tools (Microsoft Office; ETL and visualization tools like Power BI, Python, Tableau) is favourable.">
