As a Care Manager at Bupa, you will be part of a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily clinical operations of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead the care home clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes, and implement improvements as needed
- Lead compliance with ACFI assessments and ensure that our care home meets the highest standards of care
- Manage person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents, including case conferencing with families and carers
- Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services to provide optimal resident care
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration is essential
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is essential
- Post-graduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded
- Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds is required
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
