Ventia Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that planned maintenance, refurbishment, repairs, and replacement services are delivered in line with the AGFMA contract and the Agencies' Strategic Asset Management Plans.
Key Responsibilities- Asset Management Planning: Ensure Maintenance Plans in SAP are aligned with the AGFMA contract and the Agencies' Strategic Asset Management Plans as well as the Annual and Long-Term Service Delivery Plans.
- Maintenance Plan Management: Manage Maintenance Plan changes in SAP as required.
- Operational Planning: Liaise with Operational Planning Team to ensure Planned Maintenance work orders are dispatched to Vendors in accordance with the Maintenance Plan.
- Corrective Maintenance: Implement and manage the corrective maintenance process to ensure corrective maintenance activities are properly classified, planned, and executed.
- Quality Assurance: Responsibility for the quality of corrective maintenance history feedback including Asset condition and fault history.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Service Delivery Partners to ensure corrective maintenance activities are correctly identified, quoted, executed, and reported.
- Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding appropriate maintenance strategies for the assets under their control.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze complex data to support strategic decisions in asset management.
- Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or Communication (desirable but not prerequisite).
- Qualifications in Risk Management: Qualifications in risk management (highly regarded).
- Knowledge of Quality, WHS, and Environmental Management Systems: Excellent knowledge and understanding of quality, WHS, and Environmental and risk management systems.
- Knowledge of Relevant Standards and Regulations: Advanced knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems: Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and lifecycle models.
