Job Summary

This role is part of the Agile Supply Chain Management solution discovery team, supporting ResMed's internal Operations, including Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.

You'll work closely with internal business stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams to define a technical and architectural vision & roadmap for our evolving Supply Chain Management and QA/RA strategy.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing high-level solutions in partnership with business stakeholders and suppliers
  • Establishing critical Non-Functional requirements
  • Evaluating & recommending vendor &/or development solutions
  • Designing and planning system implementation, enablers &/or integration
  • Rapid Prototyping
  • Analysis of design decision impact
  • Establishing a system framework that enables continuous delivery
  • Following Agile Architecture Principles

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a similar role as part of a major IT System Transformation
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience managing vendors
  • Experience with software development teams
  • Experience with ERP solutions (Oracle EBS / Fusion)
  • Experience with Quality Management systems

Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience in Supply Chain Management, IQVIA SmartSolve, Continuous Exploration or Discovery teams, and Certified SAFe Architects will be highly regarded.
