About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience and that our stores are always stocked with the latest products.
We offer a competitive salary package, including uncapped commission, and a range of benefits, including generous above-award salary package, recognition and rewards for achievements, and opportunities for career growth and development. Our teams work closely together, competing for store awards, pitching in together to help charities, or joining events such as the cycling Epic. Every team has regular daily, weekly and monthly meetings, and team leaders have a one-on-one chat with each team member every month to share information, and help them achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Work closely with the team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
- Demonstrated achievement in any field, such as personal goals, sporting, educational or work-related
- Good communication skills and ability to develop and maintain good relationships with workmates and clients
- A past history demonstrating honesty and reliability
- A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning
