**Mission-Driven Business Strategy Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking an exceptional strategist to join our dynamic team and support our mission to repair the planet through infinite plastic recycling. This role offers a unique chance to drive real change and contribute to a sustainable future.

This is a fixed-term 8-month contract position, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to make a significant impact while also developing their skills and expertise in business strategy and development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes across multidisciplinary teams, with experience in strategy and business development. A background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Bioengineering would be beneficial but not essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CEO in preparing for the next fundraising round by aligning strategic priorities across finance, commercial, technology, and science teams
  • Defining the company's trajectory over the next 6-12 months and developing a compelling vision for its long-term growth (2-5 years)
  • Collaborating with finance and business teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and a data-driven investment thesis
  • Managing external consultants to refine the company's go-to-market strategy, optimizing the business model and value generation potential
  • Ensuring the preparation of high-quality pitch decks, supporting materials, and narratives that align with investor expectations
