The role focuses on our Stihl outdoor power equipment range. It requires flexibility, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include providing sales and parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees. The candidate must prepare and order parts, maintain exceptional merchandising standards, and perform inventory control and stock take.
Requirements include prior experience in Parts Interpretation or a related field. Maturity, positivity, and a strong work ethic are necessary. Excellent customer service and professional presentation are also required. Intermediate MS Office skills and proficiency with parts interpretation software are expected. Knowledge of Stihl sales and repairs is highly advantageous but not essential.
