Demolition Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Demolition Supervisor to join our team in the Bowen Basin Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering challenging projects across various industry sectors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining site safety procedures
  • Contributing to project programming and planning
  • Leading site teams and managing resources
  • Preparing regular progress reports
  • Resolving site issues promptly and effectively
  • Liaising with key clients and stakeholders

Key qualifications and requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
