Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the development and rollout of our new safety platform
- Support the implementation of key projects
- Provide project delivery support, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition
- Lead a review of our contractor management systems
- Support and contribute to WHS projects and initiatives aimed at improving safety performance
- Collaborate with managers and property teams to identify and implement effective risk management strategies
- Facilitate the embedding of safety policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management practices
- Tertiary qualification as a WHS Advisor or a related field (incident investigation, lead auditor preferred)
- Knowledge or experience in WHS requirements for contractor engagement
- Previous experience in supporting the implementation of a safety plan
- Demonstrated experience in health and safety project delivery
- Familiarity with Health and Safety management systems and software
- Ability to build rapport easily and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with stakeholders and handling competing priorities
- Previous experience as a WHS Advisor (preferred)
- Ability to understand, apply, and communicate health and safety requirements, with a strong understanding of WHS legislation in QLD, NSW, and VIC
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
