Job Title: Assistant Nightfill Manager

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Nightfill Manager, playing a key role in the day-to-day functions of your department.

You will work closely across the store to ensure we provide our customers with a great shopping experience and our team with a great place to work. This role offers flexibility to work a 4-day week to support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and include team members to deliver a consistently good shopping experience for customers
  • Support new leaders in their first leadership role with guidance to grow their retail career
  • Lead by example to promote safe practices and correct processes in store

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
