About the Role

As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to shape your future and develop leadership skills. Our Store Leadership Pathway supports the growth of department capabilities and fosters a connected team committed to serving customers and communities.

You will play a key role in day-to-day operations while working closely with the store leadership team to ensure a great shopping experience for customers. This role is an excellent step towards career advancement in Store Management or Support.

To maintain inventory availability across all hours of the day, you will showcase your relationship and communication skills when dealing with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain end-to-end operations and provide a great shopping experience for customers.
  • Foster a connected and high-performing team; collaborate with store leadership and team members.
  • Develop leadership skills and department capabilities through the Store Leadership Pathway.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to create a safe and efficient in-store environment.
